How long does it take to make a custom order?
All of our items are made to order. Most orders have a quick turnaround. If we’re busy or the order is larger or more detailed, we’ll confirm the timeline before starting.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Canada. Local pickup in the Salisbury, New Brunswick area is also available.
Can I send my own design, logo, or photo?
Yes, absolutely. You can send a design, photo, logo, or even just an idea. We’ll help make sure it works well for the product you choose.
What products do you offer?
We create custom designs on hoodies, shirts, mugs, tumblers, license plates, puzzles, tattoos, and other personalized gifts. Customers do not need to supply their own items. All items are made to order, with customization available.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Each order is made once it’s placed. Everything is done in house, and many designs can be customized.
Can I see a mockup before my order is made?
For custom designs, yes. A mockup is sent for approval before printing or pressing begins.
Do you offer bulk, wholesale or group orders?
Yes. We offer bulk and group orders for items with the same design. These are great for teams, workplaces, events, fundraisers, and groups, just to name a few. Please send a message with the details and quantity.
What if I’m not sure what I want yet?
That’s completely fine. You can message us with a theme, idea, or even just the product you’re thinking about, and we’ll figure it out together.
Where are you located?
We are based in the Salisbury, New Brunswick area and sell online as well as at local markets throughout the Maritimes.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because items are custom made, refunds or exchanges are not typically available. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll always do our best to help.
